When you're ready to buy or sell your home, you need a Realtor who's fully committed to your wants and needs.  When you partner with me that's what you will get.  I'll listen to you, understand what matters most to you... and then we'll make it happen.  I see solutions where others only see problems.  From the first meeting right up until you put the key in the door of your new dream home, I'm going to make things happen for you.  

1. Get pre-approved for a mortgage.
2. Shop for homes in your budget.
3. Make an offer and negotiate with the seller.
4. Secure financing.
5. Get inspection and appraisal done.
6. Close and celebrate.

This should be the most enjoyable step of the entire process (other than moving in!). I will arrange showings of homes you’re interested in that are within your price range. Take notes about what you like and don’t like, and make sure to pay attention to details. Turn light switches on and off, open and close doors, and run the faucets in various rooms. Don’t limit your inspection to the home itself. Make sure to take time to explore the neighborhood and keep an eye on traffic at certain times of the day, the parking situation, and how close it is to necessities like schools and grocery stores.

In most cases, your offer will be contingent on having the home inspected to ensure there is no major structural damage or large repairs needed. I can help you arrange this, and you can schedule it within days of making an offer. If there are repairs needed, I will request to have the major issues fixed and/or renegotiate some of the terms of the deal or you can withdraw your offer. 

After the repairs are verified, the home will be appraised to ensure the value of the home supports the offer we submitted.  If not, more negotiations will take place.
